National Building Services & Maintenance, Inc. was an outgrowth of National Window Cleaning Company, which has continuously been in business since 1910. National Building Services & Maintenance, Inc. was incorporated on January 2, 1962, and since that date has been actively engaged in janitorial services throughout Southeast Louisiana, employing in excess of 270 people. In 1986, National Window Cleaning merged its operations completely into National Building Services & Maintenance, Inc.

National Building Services & Maintenance, Inc. is a charter member of Building Services Contractors Association International (which has a total membership in excess of 2,700 companies from 37 different countries), Southwest Association of Building Service Contractors, the Chamber and River Region, the Office Building Association of Greater New Orleans along with several other civic organizations.
